What is RAG Academy ?

You have just no idea where to start!
You’ve bottomed out the YouTube videos on regenerative agriculture and read some of the books, you may even have played around with a few experiments with paddocks but you just can’t seem to work out how to really get going.
There’s always something that gets in the way.
You’ve attended a couple of courses, jumped in feet first and followed some suggested rotations. Maybe you’ve even spent a fortune on consultants and infrastructure.
You now realise you can’t simply follow someone elses plan. To succesfuly transition to regenerative agriculture you need to develop your own whole farm plan and regenerative strategy as well as access ongoing expertise and support.
Who is it for?
Whether you’re brand new to regenerative grazing or have been reading the books and watching the YouTube videos but still need some help taking the next steps, the RAG academy will support you in planning and executing your transition.
Our regenerative adaptive grazing strategy is better for your bottom line, your wellbeing, and allows you become part of the solution to our planets biggest environmental challenges.
How does it work?
RAG academy is released in weekly modules with easy-to-follow videos, audio, written lessons, done-for-you templates, swipe files, resource lists, and ‘on farm’ activity sheets. All of the training is online inside a private, RAG academy member only site.
Students can view the training materials anonymously, or connect with others and compare notes with classmate if they choose.
RAG academy also includes interactive components such as the weekly live training webinar with Caroline and other specialists in regenerative agriculture.
As a RAG graduate you can retake the programme every year for as long as the program exists.
Virtual Farm Visits
There will be a series of ‘online farm visits’ where students get to take a virtual tour of regenerative farms from across the world and ask the owners questions about their experiences transitioning to regenerative grazing.
Is RAG academy for you?
If you want to create a livestock business that’s more resilient and profitable, fits your aspirations in life, and restores your pride in being a livestock farmer, then you are in the right place.
If you prefer to learn in a way that fits around your farming activities, means you don’t have to leave the farm, is taught using straight talking terminology, and feels like you’ve got access to your own team of grazing consultants then we could be for you.
What qualifications or experience do I need?
Absolutely no previous experience or qualifications are required.
Our multimedia format caters for all abilities and levels of literacy. But, for this course to be useful you need to be a livestock keeper and have land base on which you can make management decisions.
The course is appropriate for any sized farm or ranch in any part of the world. We are especially ideal for those in the non-brittle parts of the world (UK and Europe) as this is where many of our consultants operate, but the principles can be applied globally.
